The purpose of this proposal is to give you a bit of information about why your website is underperforming and offer solutions to make improvements. Based on our previous discussion, I feel like we are a good fit for one another. I’ve spoken with my team, and they’re excited to get to work helping you reach your SEO and marketing goals.

-Local search listings are not optimized: See SEO Audit
-There is an issue with your SSL certificate on some pages. Both (HTTP) and (HTTPS) are loading.
–Your website has two different Google Analytics tracking codes.
-Some of your pages are not targeting keywords that will bring you traffic.
-Your pages are not properly optimized for the keyword they are targeting.
-Some of your pages don’t have enough written content.
-There is no consistent blogging strategy.
-There is no consistent social media strategy.

Local Search Listings Management

Properly managing your local listings will help your business show up when people in your surrounding area are searching for the services that are offered. When a search engine finds inconsistent or missing information, they may choose not to display your business because they are not sure if it is correct. Our Listing Management solution will get your business listed with the most popular aggregator and help to clear up any incorrect and inconsistent listing information. This solution also works in conjunction with local SEO to help your business show up for more local searches. The solution also comes with a review solicitation tool that you can use to reach out to past and present and motivate them to leave your business positive reviews.

One-Time SEO Clean-up

A properly installed SSL certificate is a ranking factor for SEO - meaning, the search engines will discredit your site's rankings SSL errors. Our WordPress development team will comb through the structure of your website to find and fix the SSL errors. We will do the tedious and necessary research to determine the best and easiest keyword for each of your service pages to rank for and optimize each page for their best keyword. We will write additional content for each page that is short. We will correct your Google Analytics code. (If you elect to go with the monthly SEO package this will be included)

Blogging

Blogging is great for SEO by allowing you to target additional keywords, giving you more content to be indexed by search engines and is more content that can be posted on social media. We will publish 2 1000 to 1500 word blog posts on your website each month. Each blog post will target a specific keyword and contain at least one featured image. (We do recommend blogging at least once per week but cut the service in half to help with your budgeting needs)

Social Media Posting

Being consistently active on social media helps your business reach and engage with more potential clients. We post on your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) 4 times per week. Most posts will contain an image but occasionally we may leave out the image if it is not required.

Ongoing Search Engine Optimization

As you know SEO is not a set it and forget it task. Search Engine Optimization is an ongoing process as factors and ranking are changing every day. We are offering a monthly solution to build your business' online presence and take traffic away from your competitors. This solution includes both on-page and off-page SEO. The recommended package for your website is $600 per month for 6 months. We have an economy package for $350 per month for 6 months. (If you elect to go with this package, the One-Time SEO Clean-up is not needed)

Google Ads

We will manage your Google Ads budget of up to $3000 for $250 per month and a setup charge of $200. This includes: Conversion tracking setup Keyword and competitor research Campaign setup Campaign management Monthly reporting (If you commit to this package for 6 months the first month is FREE)

Facebook Ads

We will manage your Facebook Ads budget of up to $1000 for $150 per month and a setup charge of $200. This includes: Conversion tracking setup Competitor research Campaign setup Campaign management Monthly reporting (If you commit to this package for 6 months the first month is FREE)

Innovative Flare bases all of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing on the guidelines, best practices, and procedures of Search Engine standards. This includes focusing on high-quality content as well as Google Search Console design/content, technical and quality guidelines. We do not practice black hat tactics or unethical SEO methods, such as keyword stuffing, invisible text, hidden links, duplicate content or blog spam. We follow Search Engine guidelines and techniques that we believe are in the best interest of our clients' branding and online marketing presence. We are continuously educating ourselves with the latest updates and trends related to Search Engines and SEO. Innovative Flare is not affiliated with or have any special relationship with any search engine, including Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. We cannot guarantee any specific search engine rankings, listings on search engines or directories listings. We do not manipulate or control search engine results. Due to ever-changing search engine algorithms, the process of ranking can take anywhere from a few months to a year before showing any significant results. Your ranking will fluctuate, as the ranking algorithms are constantly being tweaked to deliver the best product to consumers. Through our SEO services, Innovative Flare works towards increasing targeted traffic to the customer's website over a period of time using Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and other strategies as agreed to by the client. Some of these services could include but are not limited to: keyword research, meta tag optimization, link optimization, image optimization, social media marketing, XML sitemap creation, inbound links, submitting your website to general and vertical directories, utilization of Google products: Search Console and Google Analytics and more. SEO is a constantly changing industry and it is impossible for any business or organization to guarantee high rankings for a website or webpage. Be wary of SEO services companies or organizations that promise or guarantee specific rankings in search engines. Google explicitly warns against companies that make such promises. Please note, a new website may get a temporary boost in the search engine results pages, this is known as the 'new site boost', but it will eventually settle into its real position. Also, your site traffic can drop after a website relaunch and it can take a few months for traffic to rise again. This time allows for search engines to re-crawl the new pages of a site and index those pages for search results. Traffic can also drop due to lack of SEO for the site, host or server issues, 404 issues or more. While we take as many measures as we can to help your site avoid a drop in traffic, we are not responsible for any traffic reduction that may occur. The client agrees to pay our standard rate of $95/hr for additional work, outside of the original scope of this document, as well as any 3rd party software or services that are recommended by the Marketing Agency and reviewed and approved by Client.
